Real sites, real numbers, and what has not been measured yet
This site is new. The people and the method are not: they are Webso Digital's, and the numbers below are from sites we built and audited this year in Bulgaria and the United Kingdom, taken from Google's own tools or from tests you can run yourself. A tuning site went from 65 to 96 on mobile speed in a week; a Bulgarian air-conditioning shop got 33 of 53 missing product pages back into Google's index; half of a new 22-page site of our own was indexed in four days; and one structured-data fault was found and fixed on 16 of our own properties in a night. Each has a caveat, and the caveat is printed beside it.

Measured
Six accounts, what we did, what moved, and the caveat beside each
| The account | Starting point | Measured | Caveat |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vehicle remapping, Chester, UK. Local SEO on a new site, July 2026 | No website | 3rd in the map pack by week 5; clicks 21 to 81 in the 30 days to 4 September; first in an AI assistant's answer, 6 September; 98/100 mobile performance | Percentages from a standing start flatter; the absolute numbers are small |
| Vehicle tuning, existing site. Technical SEO, fixed in place | Mobile performance 65 | 96 after the week, still 99 when re-measured on 20 September 2026; largest contentful paint 11.0 s to 2.4 s; area-page duplication 72% to 29% | Speed is immediate and verifiable, and was re-checked 15 days later; ranking effects take months and are not claimed |
| Air-conditioning shop, Bulgaria. E-commerce SEO | 71 of 120 pages indexed | 33 of 53 dropped product pages restored within a week of the structural fix | The remaining 20 are not counted as done |
| Recording studio, Wrexham, and translation agency, Varna. AI-readiness pass | Two existing sites, one in three languages | Technical pass and the eight-item AI-readiness pass, every item, on both | A pass is a measured state, not a ranking or a mention |
| Our own niche sites. Technical baseline | New 22-page site | 11 of 22 pages indexed within four days of launch | Indexing is the first step, not a result in itself |
| Our own estate, 16 properties. Structured data, September 2026 | Home pages and service pages sharing one Service @id, so two URLs claimed one identity | Fault found by five independent checks, fixed on 16 properties in one night, verified live on each | A structural fix; the ranking effect is being measured and is not claimed here |
What the numbers mean
Read them the way we do
The map-pack result matters most for a local business and happened fastest, because a Google Business Profile moves in weeks where pages take a season. It was earned by a profile set up properly and reviews arriving steadily; the site's job was to agree with the profile and load fast enough that the click became a call. The rise is real and it is small: a business with almost no clicks from Google had 81 in a month, from 21. We show the direction because it is honest and the caveat because the size is.
The speed numbers you can check yourself: put any site into PageSpeed Insights and read the mobile score. 98 on a new build and 65 to 96 on a rebuild are what the stack does as a matter of course. The Bulgarian shop is the case that most resembles a typical Bulgarian site: a platform answering 200 on deleted product addresses, months of soft 404s, and every dead URL collapsed into one canonical, which took the live products down with them. The fix was structural, not a matter of content, and the audit is where it was found.
What we would report for you
The same four numbers, every month, from the same sources
Impressions and clicks by query and by page from Search Console, so you see what Google showed you and what people chose. The map-pack position for your city from the profile's own data, not from a screenshot. What ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews answer to the twenty questions we agreed, logged with the date. Mobile speed and pages indexed, because both are the floor everything else stands on. Nothing is judged before day 28, performance is not judged before day 90, and a page with clicks is not touched without evidence.
What that costs is on the pricing page; what the month contains is on the services page; and the free audit is where your own first numbers come from.
Questions about the results
Why is nobody named?
Because the numbers are the clients' and the caveats are ours. Every figure comes from Search Console, PageSpeed Insights or a check you could run yourself; the account is described by trade and place so you can judge whether it resembles yours. A client who agrees to be named will be, and none has been asked yet.
Why are there no rankings or revenue figures?
Rankings from a scraped results page are wrong often enough that we do not publish them; where a position is quoted it comes from Search Console's own query data. Revenue belongs to the client. What we publish is what Google measured and what changed after a specific piece of work, and the caveat says what that does and does not prove.
Is any of this a Bulgarian client?
One is: the air-conditioning shop with 53 product pages missing from Google. The two-site AI-readiness case includes a three-language translation agency in Varna. The rest are UK accounts on the same method. When the first Bulgarian SEO retainer on this site has numbers, they go here with the same caveats.
What would you report for my company?
Impressions and clicks by query and page from Search Console; the map-pack position for your city from the profile's own insights; what the AI assistants answer to the twenty agreed questions; mobile speed; pages indexed. Monthly, in writing, from the person who did the work, and honest about what a month can and cannot show.
